I`m always trying to improve my blog for both you readers and myself. I`m trying to figure out what I really want to do with my life (job-wise) and therefor this blog. I think I`ve come to realize that since I got a huge sweet tooth that is definitely something I should work with, right?
Anyway, so my plan for the moment is to re-do this blog and have my main focus on desserts and those yummy things in life - raw of course! (And yes I`m very excited about this!) I also wish to start my own business eventually and starting off slow now buy trying out different chocolate recipes (my own) and see if they turn out popular amongst friends and family (You know who you are!). So my first step is to change my header and name (when I can think of a good name that I will keep for a good while, and I`ll give you a heads up on my facebook page.
To celebrate my new plan I`m gonna give you a recipe for Carob Cookies which is absolutely amazing while frozen (kinda like ice cream cookie without the vanilla ice cream - feel free to make some to enhance the flavor even more!)
500g Hazelnuts (roasted at 180C for 20 minutes or soaked for some hours if you want this raw)
4 tbsp Raw honey (Melted) (or more if you want it sweeter)
2 tbsp Carob powder
4-8 Dates (Depending how you want it)
Pinch of salt (Himalayan)
Direction: Blend everything together and mold into cookies, put in the freezer until frozen or enjoy at room temperature.
