My perfect Sunday is a lazy Sunday. I had my perfect Sunday last week, and I was making raw chocolate. (Could life be any better?) I`ve always loved lemon and I thought why not try this in one of my raw chocolate recipes? You could not believe how satisfied and happy I was when I tasted it. The sour lemon flavor makes the chocolate sweet and sour, perfect for my taste buds.
This is the perfect evening snack, day snack or night time snack! (yes yes yes!!!) This recipe might be one of my favorites so far and that\s why I want to share it with you guys.
A taste of Lemon:
4 tbsp Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Cacao Butter
3 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Yacon Powder
1 tsp Lechitin
1 tsp grated lemon
A few drops of lemon
7 drops of vanilla essence
Direction: Mix everything in a bowl (dry ingredients first then liquid) and place in the freezer or fridge until firm.
