After an exhausting week of studies I had to make this delicious raw licorice chocolate. We had a guest lecturer in our class. Her main point of interest was cow's milk and how everyone needs around 2-3 glass a day. I'm not in a position where I can judge other people choices, but I'm trying to do my best to stay away from it (With a few exceptions some times - I'm not perfect!) . What worried me when she stood there talking about how much calcium and other nutrients was how much do I get each day? Do I get enough calcium? Osteoporosis is something I'm worried about and I'm already trying to prevent it.
First thing I did when I got home was checking if I even had any calcium in my diet, and I'm happy to say I get loads of it from Spirulina, Chlorella, sesam seeds and last but not least my raw chocolates!
